Through his extensive training and fellowships, Dr. Mirrafati invented the all-new scar less breast augmentation using the hydrodissection technique. Furthermore,
he is the originator of the vibro-tumescent technique in liposuction and has trained many surgeons on laser and acne scar resurfacing.
